"We have been rehearsing at the Voices of Birralee Headquarters in Bardon since the beginning of 2014. We have enjoyed rehearsing four string orchestras in the spacious facilities with ensembles up to 70 players able to comfortably unpack cases and play. We have also been able to extend our range of activities, thanks to the fantastic acoustics and flexible spaces, to include formal and informal recitals, tutorial and professional development."
Andrea Messenger - Director Western Suburbs String Orchestras since 1989
"The Australasian Double Reed Society's Queensland Branch has twice used the Voices of Birralee venue for its events. We have been very pleased with the facilities, the helpfulness of the Birralee staff/volunteers, and the general atmosphere, which seems to encourage the social as well as the artistic aspects of our Society."
Joanna Musson - ADRS State Representative for Queensland
"I held my Music to Inspire piano and singing concert at the Voices of Biralee venue and was so happy and impressed with the set up. The convenience of having the kitchen in the same room is great.
I always love the opportunity to have my students playing on a grand piano (and one that is in tune), and the performer's lounge puts a professional spin on the concert, in a relaxed manner. I have had a lot of parents give positive feedback about the venue and I will be using it again. Thank you Voices of Birralee!"
Christine Forzisi - Music to Inspire
"I highly recommend this venue. The Vivace Space is a beautiful venue for my students to perform. I can comfortably fit in 60 parents, and 80 if needed. The staff are very friendly and organised, and the grand piano is lovely. The music stands and chairs are all in very good condition. There is a separate room for the children to set up so we can keep the performance area beautiful."
