Join Voices of Birralee in 2026 and enjoy the great variety of learning and performance opportunities on offer.

Voices of Birralee provides singers of all ages with enriching choral experiences to develop confident and expressive singers. As one of Australia's finest choral organisations, members can enjoy the musical delights of the choral world through exciting performance opportunities and collaborations within the professional arts arena!
 
Participation in our program teaches valuable life skills, such as teamwork, empathy, respect and discipline within an organisation that recognises and supports wellbeing through connection and belonging. You are invited to enjoy the musical excellence on offer, while discovering personal growth and acceptance in an encouraging and safe environment.
 
With six ensembles available - there is sure to be an ensemble for you! So, make 2026 the time to find belonging and connection in a community that brings joy to singers and audiences alike.

TRAINING CHOIRS
*No audition required - please register and pay an enrolment fee.

 - Birralee Piccolos (Prep - Grade 1)
 - Birralee Kids (Grade 2 - 4)
 - Birralee Singers (Grade 5-7)

SIGNATURE CHOIRS
*Audition required - please register and pay an enrolment fee and you will be contacted regarding an audition time.

 - Brisbane Birralee Voices (BBV) (age 12-18)
 - Birralee Blokes (age 13 - 25) - changing and changed male voices
 - Resonance of Birralee (age 18* - 35) *post-secondary school

Enrolment fee:
Earlybird $49 (until 31 December)
Regular $59 (from 1 January, 2026)

Please note:
"Primary Contact" should be the name of the parent or a chorister over 18.

Terms and conditions

  • The enrolment fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance to secure the chorister's position in the ensemble.
  • By enrolling into the Voices of Birralee program, we understand that tuition fees are in addition to this enrolment fee and are invoiced in February 2026, I commit to paying for these by the due date.
  • Each chorister is expected to make a regular commitment to weekly rehearsals and performances, to ensure the best experiences and outcomes are equally shared by the ensemble.
  • It is the parent's / chorister's responsibility to communicate any updates to medical / dietary information to the ensemble administration team (as per the details the ensemble handbook).
  • Confirm my or my choristers understanding of the Voices of Birralee Code of Conduct & Responsibilities including consent to the Media Release agreement.

Voices of Birralee acknowledges the Traditional Owners of this country and recognise their continuing connection the land, water and culture. In our organisation, we recognise the Turrbal and Jagera Peoples as the traditional custodians of Meanjin land. We pay our respects to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to their Elders past, present and emerging.
