Accompanist - Dana Park
Gold Coast Piccolos are an enthusiastic group of young singers ranging in age from 5 to 9 years under the direction of Rachel Newcombe. The Piccolos' focus is on learning to use their singing voices in a safe and fun environment. Repertoire selected is quality music that is developmentally appropriate and enjoyable. In 2009 the GC Piccolos had exciting opportunities to perform with the Brisbane Piccolos, take part in the recording of the ‘Sleep & Dreams’ CD, and perform with older singers as part of the Q150 Songbridge launch.
